When the courts freeze, we move inside. Universal Rackets runs winter pickleball and tennis clinics in township gyms and community centers across the Main Line, Montgomery County and Bucks County. Same coaches, same five-week format, no membership required. Winter 1 runs January to February and Winter 2 runs February to March.
Each town page shows this winter's live schedule and registration.
Radnor (Sulpizio Gym, Wayne): adult pickleball Fridays and Sundays plus junior pickleball. Lower Merion (Wynnewood): Saturday indoor junior pickleball and tennis, Thursday evening adult pickleball. Kaiserman JCC (Wynnewood): Monday adult and junior pickleball, all year.
Upper Merion (King of Prussia): Monday evening adult and junior pickleball. Conshohocken (The Fellowship House): adult and junior pickleball. Plymouth Meeting (Greater Plymouth Community Center): Saturday morning adult pickleball. Springfield Township: Tuesday evening adult pickleball.

Have a gym or a clubhouse with room for a court? We bring the nets, lines, paddles and coaches. Partner with us and we will build a winter schedule for your residents.
Indoor clinics are smaller, the ball is a little slower, and there is no wind and no sun in your eyes. Beginners learn faster inside. By the time the outdoor season opens in April, you are a full season ahead of everyone who waited.
It is also the easiest time to keep a routine. Same gym, same night, same group, every week for five weeks.
Non-marking sneakers (court shoes or clean running shoes), a water bottle, and layers you can take off. We provide paddles, balls and nets. If you own a paddle, bring it.

No. You register for a clinic, not a membership. There are no monthly fees or join fees, which is the big difference between us and the indoor pickleball clubs.
Clinics run on gym floors with portable nets and taped lines. The ball is a slightly softer indoor ball, and the game plays the same as outdoors.
Yes. Private and semi-private lessons run in the same gyms on weekday mornings and afternoons.
Pick your town and grab a spot in a winter clinic. Beginners welcome, equipment provided.
